listed here are the different ways you can go about earning points for your character's house. remember, you must be registered and have your application accepted, and sorted into one of the four houses in order to earn house points. at the end of each "role play year" which will be determined based on the pace of role playing on the site, the house with the most points will be awarded the house cup in addition to other privileges/prizes that will be revealed toward the end of the role play year. if you have any suggestions for ways to earn house points or prizes for the house cup winners drop the headmaster a pm!
*if you are a professor/hogwarts staff make it known to the headmaster how many points are earned by each house for lessons
- make a suggestion to the headmaster for site improvements from the suggestion board which is located at the headmaster's desk
- starting open threads
- filling wanted character requests
- extraordinary posts of great length and quality
- fulfilling graphic requests
- send the headmaster a link to our ad that you advertised on another site - 20 points
- win thread of the moment - 20 points (to each participant)
- win member of the moment - 50 points
- remember, any extraordinary or helpful behavior will also not go unnoticed
NUMBER OF POSTS POINTS GUIDE
25 posts = 2 housepoints
50 posts = 5 housepoints
150 posts = 7 housepoints
200 posts = 10 housepoints
350 posts = 20 housepoints
500+ posts = 45 housepoints
