Charlotte would find Anna strange. To Charlie, there's nothing worse than letting people see you as weak, and often tries to look out for her fellow housemates. Because of this, I think Charlotte would like Anna's personality, but not quite understand why she doesn't stick up for herself. There would definitely be some exasperation, for example, "but why don't you just hex them once so they'll leave you alone! You just make yourself look vulnerable!" But it wouldn't ever be angry, more of Charlie trying to make Anna see that she doesn't deserve the bullying. Anna is a year younger, and super sweet, so Charlie would try to look out for her for sure.
Also, i love your plot with Ian, and Charlotte would be the friend who would shove the two of them together and be all "NOW KISS, DAMMIT." xD

i love all of it. especially trying to get her to stand up for herself. it would surely be something different for her but she definitely needs a friend for that. also charlie trying to get push ian & anna into kissing would be hilarious. so i definitely love all of it.

alice&anna; as for the connection, anna's best guy friend is a ravenclaw so she is around them a ton. so maybe they met one day when anna was waiting outside the ravenclaw tower for ian. but anna would definitely take alice underneath her wing and be an older sister since anna has no other siblings.

let's plot with all the hufflepuffs! but hey, take aisling -- she's a sixth year, and whoo hufflepuffs. I love hufflepuffs okay. the one thing that might get aisling going is the fact that anna wouldn't stand up for herself. (and the not-swearing thing, since ash kind of swears like a sailor, but that's not so much of a problem.) aisling has kind of a hero-complex, so if she ever sees anna being picked on for being a muggleborn, she'll dash onto the scene, swinging her sword and being all 'leave her the fuck alone' or something. aisling's kind of made it her job to look out for others -- not sure how anna would react. I'm definitely sure aisling would love anna, though.

anna&aisling; so Anna would have no problem with someone saving the day for her. She would probably actually prefer it so she doesn't have to stand up for herself. But she would hate that someone would be put into harms way because of her. So aisling coming and saving the day will probably show Anna that its okay to stand up herself. That she shouldn't let people walk all over her. Other than that and Anna probably telling Aisling she doesn't have to save her, they would be good friends (:

haha, if anna ever said anything like 'don't get hurt because of me' aisling would pretty much just go 'I'm invincible' or something. aisling would definitely end up doting on anna whenever she gets the chance -- maybe she would even try to spoil the girl?
