JAMES ALEXANDER POTTER
James Alexander Potter had been born with a silver spoon to parents Alexander and Gwendolynn Potter, and became the only heir to the millions of money the Potter have had inherited generations after generations. Being the son of an Auror and a loving housewife and mother, James was taught never to discriminate against muggles or muggle-borns. In fact, for the first few years of his education, his wise mother allowed him to attend a muggle play-school, where James had the chance to mingle with muggles and learned a few things about the non-magical world.
Alexander Potter, who had been an avid fan of Quidditch himself, had taught his young son how to ride a broom from a very young age. As a result, by the time James was ten, he was flying the broom effortlessly, and Quidditch became his favourite sport, hobby, and even an obsession. His room was walled with Quidditch posters and stars, specifically, the Chudley Canons.
When his Hogwarts letter finally arrived right on the day James turned 11, he was ecstatic, at the least. He was finally going to the school he had heard so much about from his parents, and experience the castle’s magic first-hand.
He boarded the Hogwarts Express with loads of hopes for himself, mostly in Quidditch and friends, since he was never exactly interested in his academics. He soon met Sirius Black, and the both of them became the best of friends, including the rest of the Marauders.
And of course, over the years, he had made plenty of friends and foes, and even got his eyes stuck on a single redheaded beauty, Lily Evans. He was never really the brightest, but did exceptionally well in Transfiguration. With Quidditch as his passion, he excelled in that sport, quickly becoming one of the most talented Chasers Gryffindor had seen, and even the Quidditch Captain in his Sixth Year.James Potter had always been an arrogant prat since the day he had stepped into Hogwarts, mainly because he thought he was the best in everything. He was, however, proved wrong when it came to his academics. Yet, he still amanged to make a name for himself in the school thanks to his Quidditch skills and his ability to pull of hilarious pranks along with his best mates and impress the crowd. He was vain, and paid a lot of attention to his appearance, took advantage and made fun of innocent young students and Slytherins, but deep down, he was a good person who was extremely loyal and would fight to death if he had to for his family and friends. Please take a look at my other characters! ;)
