Olivia Reese Aubrey
Olivia always had the most normal upbringing compared to all her friends. She was muggleborn and home-schooled so her parents taught her a lot. Her family always traveled too, moving around a lot mainly for her parents' jobs. She was born in the united states, New York, and lived there until she was nine. Then they moved to London when she was nine too and at age ten was moved in comfortably in London, England.
In her first three years at Hogwarts as a Hufflepuff Olivia was rather bright and paid attention well. She tried to make friends with everyone. It didn't work and most of the time people just got annoyed with her. So, in fourth year she just stuck to her two best friends. One who she slowly began to fall in love with. Now in her fifth year she's mainly focused on her studies and tried to just really get ahead in her year. It worked luckily and now Olivia is rather succesful in her grade and impressing her parents well.
She's very energetic and talkative. Olivia tends to annoy people with that. She'll start talking and just won't shut up, ever. This would probably be one of the only reasons she is always with two close friends, because they can actually stick with her and not get annoyed. She's sweet and cares a lot too so that's always good!

Saturday night had been magical, mostly because of the stars in Olivia's mind. She had gone star-gazing with a few close friends and room mates last night, looking at constellations. They had stayed out late, looking up from towers and trying to stay quiet so they wouldn't get caught. The trouble they sometimes managed for each other was large, but Olivia made sure to never get in the middle of it. Occasionally the girl would get in the tiniest disputes with her house mates, never anything too big. Olivia was a bit of a social-butterfly and fluttered from group to group. She wasn't too popular, or at least she thought, but made sure to keep a good reputation. That was just one of the many things her parents had taught her was to keep a good reputation. They wouldn't cut off the pain it caused everyone just so they could keep up their own reputation. Her parents were selfish and cruel, Olivia knew that.
Bouncing around the main floor and looking around at everything the girl wondered what she should do. It wasn't too late in the morning and still rather early for everyone else. "I could go look up constellations and work on my arithmancy. We do have a test coming up soon," Olivia told herself as she walked over to lean against one of the stair cases. She watched students come and go, many of them wearing tired gazes but some being wide awake. None of the girls she had been with last night had shown up yet this morning, which was exactly what Olivia expected. Smoothing her hands on her pleats in the skirt she looked down at the outfit. It was her school uniform, an odd thing for the girl to wear. Usually on the weekends she would wear casual clothing, muggle garb. For today Olivia had been feeling plain so dressed in everyday wear. Wearing muggle clothing always made her feel somewhat comfortable and like she had a part of home with her. While the girl did indeed love Hogwarts, she still wanted to have that connection with the world she had spent so much more time in. No electronics were allowed at Hogwarts, making the school seem just the slightest bit retero. Maybe it was all better that way but Olivia surely had her doubts.
"Eighteen, nineteen, twenty! Twenty-one, twenty-two..." Olivia usually counted the steps up to different floors. From the ground floor to the seventh floor last time she had counted exactly five-hundred and ninety-seven steps. Then into the library from there it was twelve large sized steps. Constellations and stars played images in her head as she counted and finally, five minutes later, reached the seventh floor. The library should have a good book to read on that. Something light, so she wouldn't get distracted by her main studies. She had been falling behind the slightest bit on History of Magic, one of her best subjects. Olivia paid attention there too, unlike over half the students in the class. The professor was a bit dull but otherwise everything was fine. The assignments were relatively easy and the textbook a easily readable large print. Next to that Charms thrilled Olivia. Now, she could start on more but needed to find this book instead.
"Here," the librarian told her, handing the girl a slip of paper with the title and code of a book. It was about constellations and ancient runes, something light too. Gazing at the code for a moment, Olivia thought it would be easy to find the book. That was, until she saw a boy heading off his own way with the book. She could follow him or find something that was just as close a topic as this book here. Figuring that maybe the boy would give it up, Olivia decided to follow him.
"Hi, I'm Olivia. I was wondering if I could have that book after you're done?" She asked the boy, sliding out the chair and sitting across from the unknown boy.
