Zara Elizabeth Girard Zara is a really friendly girl, who has major issues with being alone. She's most vulnerable when she isn't surrounded by her friends or her father. She had lost her mother at the age of 7, and was an only child. Her father was an Auror who tried his best to spend time with her, but juggling between the roles of being an Auror and a single father wasn't an easy task, of course, so Zara lacked the comforting presence of someone at home being constantly with her. She has an extremely nasty temper, so anyone who as much as dares to pick a fight with her or her friend, will be able to face her terrible wrath. She is extremely loyal, and since she socializes with almost anyone who would as much as smile at her, she'd have loads of people she knows. Seeing how I have already seemed to make one awesome enemy on the site already, why don't we go a different direction with our characters? Would you be interested in making them seriously secret friends? Maybe they act like they totally dislike each other when people are around; but, when alone, they can be the friends? Maybe their families knew of each other and they grew-up together? They didn't really like each other as kids, but were made to get on well due to family business or something? He could secretly protect her without anyone knowing it. Any ideas? |

Yes, sure, that sounds good! Zara lost her mother (who was a muggle) at the age of 7, and her father is an Auror. So maybe he often left her with someone who's very good friends with Christopher's family, or even his own family, so they could be pretty close.  Shall we start a thread somewhere where they're secretly meeting? Then maybe we can come up with some twists or something that includes some others. |

[/color] hey there! sigurd's a little different from the slytherins -- he's got some redeeming qualities in him, where logic and rational thinking precedes most of his actions. at the same time, he's not well-liked in the slytherin groups for being a half-blood, while the gryffindors tend to overlook him as a stereotypical slytherin. sigurd's quiet, and has the capability to unleash aggression. i can't really say for sure how they'll interact based on profiles, but you can pretty much sum sigurd up based on the words let sleeping dogs lie.[/div][/center] |

zara wouldn't really assume that sigurd is as mean as other Slytherins, since she already has a (secret) best friend from the house. she'd probably be intrigued by how quiet he is, since she is kind of the opposite. at first, i thought these two could have had some sort of a past relationship, but i'm not unsure of how that would've worked out since they are in rivaling houses. perhaps that's why it never worked out? gah, i don't know. maybe they could be just friends who greet each other or occasionally end up chatting at the library or the lake. |

[/color] maybe. he always ended up going back to callie rivers, so that could turn interesting between the two (three?) of them. acquaintances greeting each other with a smile or a nod seems good for the most part, and maybe a fling or two in the past before they figured it couldn't work out with how sigurd tends to leave and zara ... well, she's your character; i wouldn't know. xD maybe zara could catch him in one of his 'screw the world' moods and it could start the both of us a thread?[/div][/center] |

it would indeed be interesting, since callie and zara already don't get along. they do act civilised in the public, but zara doesn't like how callie is very close to sirius, and callie knows it too. so i guess it would be interesting and amusing to watch the three. and yes, i like that idea for the thread. do you want to start it or would you like me to?
